Payment

For items purchased via this website, payment is made securely using PayPal.  We do not have access to your card details.  You may also pay by cheque if you so wish, however please e-mail us to reserve the item prior to sending payment. Items will not be despatched until your cheque has cleared.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card, cheque or PayPal account.

Cheques to be made payable to Barry Young.

We are only able to accept payment in pounds sterling.

Delivery

We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible after payment. If a delay of more than 5 working days is likely, we will contact you. If your order is urgent, please use the message box on the order page or contact us prior to placing your order. We will do our utmost to help.

For items up to the value of £36.00, Standard Delivery is via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, at a cost of £4.00.  For items over the value of £36.00, Standard Delivery is via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, at a cost of £6.00. All Items will require a signature upon delivery.  
If you wish to place an order from outwith the UK, please contact us and we will advise of postage costs.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with any item purchased via this website, you may return it within 14 working days of delivery for a refund or exchange, including the initial postage and packaging charge. However, the cost of returning the item lies with you, the purchaser and will not be refunded. We recommend that you return your parcel by special delivery as it is insured in transit and you will have proof of posting.

Faulty items

We want you to be happy with your purchase and operate a stringent quality control procedure whereby every item is checked prior to despatch. However, in the very unlikely event that an item is faulty you may return it for a full refund or exchange, including all postal costs.
